Well, I couldn’t wait to try out the new 40D. So I broke out the telescope (Celestron Super C8+, 8″ 2,000mm f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope) and took a shot of the moon.
Well, at just a hair over 80,000 frames, I’ve officially shelved my venerable Canon EOS 20D body. To be totally truthful, this wasn’t a voluntary move. My 20D decided to die yesterday – the shutter button is stuck in the half-press mode, making some functions impossible (like viewing anything on the LCD, changing ISO, etc.). […]
