NR-2 in the Rain
Last Friday I had taken the day off, and had to head down to the shoreline to take care of something in the morning. As things worked out I ran into Providence & Worcester train NR-2 on the way down, but somewhat unfortunatley, it was in the pouring rain. Well, not really unfortunatley – the rain actually made the shots better, IMHO.
So, on my way to Old Lyme, I went via Ledyard, and ended up catching NR-2 at Mill Cove in a pretty steady rain. But that was fine – there was not only the rain, but also a low fog hanging across the river, giving some of the shots a nice moody feel. OK, that’s enough typing – here’s the shots from Friday.
