Hey everyone! Yep, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here on the old blog. But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been out shooting – just the opposite! Granted, I’m not out every day like I have been in the past – life gets in the way much too […]
Groton
Last Friday was a pretty good day, photographically speaking. I ended up taking the day off from work for a couple reasons – first, later in the evening I was putting on a presentation about the railroads along the Thames River for the Northeast Prototype Modeler’s Meet out in Collinsville, […]

Quite the day today turned out to be. It started out under sunny blue skies, with some changing foliage along the Thames River, and ended in the dark, with some more of that nice New England color. But that ending also had a piece of Florida in the picture – […]
Well, I’ll be doing things a little out of order here. I’ve got some shots from the last week or two that I need to process and get online, but in the meantime, I’ve got some stuff from yesterday that’s ready to go. So that’s what you get to look […]
After work tonight, I stuck around the Groton area to photograph the conjunction of three solar system bodies – the Moon, Jupiter and Venus – in the evening sky. Luckily the clouds cooperated again and I was able to get some decent shots of the trio in the sky.
